How to Help
Seton Villa is a registered charity with the Australian Charities and Not-for-Profit Commission (ACNC). As a charity dedicated to the care and wellbeing of women with intellectual disabilities, we rely on the support of others in our community through their donations and bequests. We welcome every contribution to our purpose and promise of empowering the rights of people with intellectual disabilities to be active members of the broader community.
Your generous donation will help make a difference to the lives of women with intellectual disabilities. All donations over $2 are tax deductible. On behalf of the Seton Villa community, we thank you for your support and commitment to helping our residents achieve their full potential and live a joyful life through pursuit of their individual goals.
Donations may be received from individuals, corporations, foundations and other legal entities. A donor may express the wish for a donation to be put to a specific purpose.

Wills and Bequests
After providing for your loved ones, you may consider leaving a gift in your will to Seton Villa. This bequest will help Seton Villa provide the caring and empowering services in the years to come, for the women of today and tomorrow.
There are several different ways of making a gift to Seton Villa in your will. These include:
Residual: After family and friends and any financial commitments, the remainder of your Estate can be left to a charity.
Percentage or fraction: A percentage of the Estate could be left to a charity.
Pecuniary or specific: A pecuniary or specific gift clearly specifies the donation. It could be money, property, stocks, shares, or an item.
Whole estate: This comprises your entire Estate.
Your gift will be a lasting legacy to your compassion and caring spirit for those in need, and a reflection of your shared charism with the Daughters of Charity. It is an investment in the future of the people we support at Seton Villa and our community.
Our Donations Policy explains how donations may be utilised.
